DATE : JULY 3, 2018 O R D E R :

Mr. Narwadkar, learned counsel submits that the petitioner is assailing the transfer order dated 31.5.2018, by virtue of which the petitioner is transferred to Panchyat Samiti, Georai on administrative ground.

2.

According to the learned counsel, as per Government Resolution dated 13.6.2014 the petitioner is entitled for exemption from transfer. The Deputy

wp6559.18 Chief Executive Officer had recommended exemption for transfer of the petitioner, however, the petitioner is still transferred.

The petitioner was on deputation with Zilla Parishad, Beed in Water Supply and Sanitation Department. The project is still not completed.

Considering all these grounds, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer had recommended the exemption from transfer of the petitioner but, the same is not considered.

3.

We have also heard learned counsel for the respondents.

4.

The transfer is on administrative ground. The petitioner was on said post for three years. The Government Resolution, dated 13.6.2014 also prescribes that a person who is sent on deputation should not be transferred for three years. The

wp6559.18 petitioner has completed three years on the said post. As such the petitioner is transferred on administrative ground. No malafides are alleged against the respondents.

5.

In the light of above, no interference is called for. The writ petition is disposed. No costs.
