The present application takes an exception to order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial), refusing registration of the Writ Petition on account of failure on the part of the petitioner to remove office objections. Since there is a delay of 31 days in filing application challenging the said order, prayer for condonation of delay is also made.

For the reasons, mentioned in the application delay caused in filing of the application for challenging order dated 24.02.2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) is condoned and for the same reasons order dated 24.02.2025 refusing registration of petition is quashed and set aside.
