Though learned counsel for respondent no. 1 has opposed for condoning the delay stating that the inordinate delay of more than 900 days has not been properly explained, considering the grounds of objections raised in exception to the impugned judgment and the reasons as are assigned in the application, I am inclined to condone the delay. Hence the following order :

ORDER

i) Delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. ii) Appeal be registered in accordance with law.

iii) Civil application stands disposed of.
