The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that during pendency of this Writ Petition, the petitioner died. In the pending suit, the petitioner after examination of her General Power of Attorney, had filed an application for examination of herself and since the Trial Court has rejected the application, this Writ Petition has been preferred. Since the petitioner is no more, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. If the suit is pending, the legal heirs may be substituted in place of the petitioner, if so desire. 2.

In view of this, the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous. Rule discharged.
