We have heard Mr. Rodge, the learned advocate for the petitioner. The learned advocate submits that, after filing of the writ petition, the respondents ex-parte have changed the mutation entry and also FIR has been lodged against the petitioner.

As the mutation entry has been effectuated, the petitioner may avail the remedy of appeal against the same. As far as FIR is concerned, the petitioner may take steps in that regard.
