The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to take steps to bring on record the LRs of respondent sole. Even though in the order dated 09.07.2019, this Court (Coram : P. R. Bora, J.) has recorded the statement of the learned counsel for taking steps to bring on record the LRs of the respondent sole. However, till this date no steps are taken. Even the learned counsel has not bothered to deposit Rs.1,000/- as per the order dated 23.07.2018 nor placed on record the receipt to that effect.

The Writ Petition is hereby dismissed.
