Learned counsel for the parties state that terms of settlement have been verified by Registrar (Judicial) of this court and that they have identified their respective parties before the Registrar. Learned counsel further state that they have received instructions from the respective parties that the terms of compromise, as recorded are proper and as such, are acceptable to them.

The report of the Registrar indicates, parties signing the compromise terms being present in person before him and that they have understood and accepted the same.

In view of aforesaid, the second appeal is disposed of in terms of terms of compromise. Decree be drawn accordingly. 4.
The terms of compromise are taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.
