Heard learned counsel for the Acquiring Body. Perused the application. As per bailiff report, respondent no.1 is no more. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has taken efforts to collect the information about the LRs of deceased respondent No.1 on record, but the efforts did not evoke result. No information is received to the Acquiring Body about LRs of the deceased. Being last endeavour, the acquiring body be allowed to issue paper publication calling the LRs of deceased respondent to appear in the matter.

In view of nature of subject matter and attending circumstances on record, the applicant Acquiring Body is hereby permitted to issue public notice in the daily newspaper circulated in the area of Ambajogai Tahsil, inviting attention of the LRs of deceased Santoba Sarwade, if any, to appear in the proceedings. Notice is made returnable on 30th January, 2018. Civil application stands disposed of accordingly. [K.K.SONAWANE, J] grt/-
