This petition takes exception to the order dated 31st December, 2014 passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar - respondent No.3.

It appears that the proposal forwarded by the respondent No.4 to the respondent No.3 for approval of the appointment of the petitioners as Shikshan Sevaks was refused. Upon perusal of the impugned communication dated 31st December, 2014, it appears that the Education Officer noticed two deficiencies which were mentioned in the said

5007.15wp letter and original proposal was sent back to the respondent No.4. The learned Counsel for respondent No.4, on instructions, submits that the respondent No.4 will re-submit the original proposal along with relevant documents about which deficiency is shown in the impugned communication, within two weeks from today with the office of the respondent No.3. Learned AGP appearing for respondent No.3 submits that the Education Officer will take a decision on the said proposal within three weeks from the date of its receipt from respondent No.4. Upon the decision taken by the respondent No.3, the same shall be communicated to the petitioners and respondent No.4. The entire exercise has to be done by the respondents No.3 and 4 within six weeks from today.

Petition stands disposed of on above terms.
