We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. The validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending.

The petitioner seeks admission/appointment for the training course for which the exam is scheduled on 29th April, 2018.

The petitioner shall be allowed to appear for exam, in case the only objection is about non submission of validity certificate. However, shall not be considered for selection unless and until the petitioner produces the validity certificate.

It is submitted that, the vigilance is already conducted. The petitioner has also filed his say. The Committee may decide the said proceeding within a period of four (04) weeks from today. The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 04th May, 2018. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 4.
