1] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] The appeal presented by the State against the order of acquittal of the co-accused has already been admitted by this Court in the year 2012 and the paper book is also ready in the matter. The Criminal Appeal No.260/2016 by the sole accused convicted at the trial has been presented after about two years after the date of the

Cr.Appln.2290/16 in Cr.Appeal 260/16 - 2 - order of the Court of Sessions, which has also been admitted and directed to be listed alongwith the appeal presented by the State.

3] The applicant was not on bail during the course of trial. Even otherwise, no case is made out for his enlargement on bail. The application seeking enlargement of the applicant on bail is rejected.
