The advocate seeks correction in the nomenclature in the father's name and surname as appearing in the caste certificate issued to him by the Taluka Magistrate on 17.02.1994.

We have heard the learned for the petitioner. Learned counsel accepts notice for respondents.

The concerned Sub Divisional Officer shall after verifying the genuineness of the caste certificate produced by the petitioner and after satisfying the same, was issued by the Taluka Executive Magistrate, Biloli. So also, confirming the fathers name and surname of the petitioner,

28WP-4374-18 (2) may pass an appropriate orders with regard to the correction in the father's name and the surname as appearing in the caste certificate and if all these conditions are satisfied as referred to supra, shall issue the corrected tribe certificate.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
