Mr. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal has been submitted for running Arts, Commerce and Science College at village Mali-Ghogargaon on unaided basis. The same is not decided. Now the time is extended up to 31.08.2021.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that instructions are not received as to the status of the petitioner's proposal. In case the same is not decided, then the decision would be taken within the time frame.

In case, the decision is not taken on the proposal of the petitioner, then the decision be taken on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy before the deadline.
