1] We are not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petitions for the reliefs as claimed by the petitioners. 2] The petitioners have already received 75% of the financial assistance from the Government as per the scheme and remaining 25% financial assistance is required to be obtained by the petitioners from the financial institution. The petitioners are now seeking 25% assistance from the Government, the same is not permissible under the scheme.

3] Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed representations before the Government.

4] The petitioners may prosecute the said representations as may be permissible under law. 5] Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
