Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out that by order dated 13.6.2019 this court (Coram: P. R. Bora, J.) has directed the respondent-original plaintiff not to take any coercive steps till the next date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute is between two real brothers.

By consent, the said order directing the respondent-plaintiff not to take any coercive steps till disposal of the suit is hereby maintained with understanding that the respondent-plaintiff can defend his possession on the strength of temporary injunction order passed by the court below. However, the respondent-plaintiff shall not take any coercive action as against the petitioner-original defendant till disposal of the suit. In terms of the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
