It appears that, the entire amount of arrears has been deposited by the State in the Contempt Petition No. 50 of 2016. Mr. Shelke, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as entire amount is deposited in the contempt petition, the purpose of filing this writ petition stands served. 2.

The petitioners in contempt petition are allowed to withdraw the amount. The amount of all the persons concerned, is deposited in the contempt petition. The learned counsel submits that, the petitioners be allowed to withdraw the same.

The learned counsel submits that, order of this Court is assailed before the Apex Court. Naturally, the parties would be governed by the judgment that would be passed by the Apex Court. As the amount is already deposited by respondents, the petitioners are allowed to withdraw the same as per the list annexed with the petition and after verifying the authenticity of the persons withdrawing. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
