The petitioner, who has participated in the selection process of the post of Anganwadi Sevika, is questioning eligibility of respondent No. 7.

A grievance put up by her in tune with the mechanism prescribed under the Government Resolution dated 02.02.2023 seems to have been addressed to the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO) dated 25.03.2025, (Page No. 51). 1/2

Learned advocate Mr. Pulkundwar, who appears suo motu for respondent Nos. 2 and 5, on instructions, submits that only a merit list has been published. No appointment order has been issued and none would be issued without deciding the petitioner's application mentioned herein above.

In light of such statement, the purpose of the writ petition stands subserved. It is disposed of by accepting the statement being made by learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 5 as an undertaking to the Court.
