1] The applicants have filed this application seeking extension of time to deposit the amount in terms of order dated 20th September, 2019 passed by this Court.

2] On due consideration of the reasons assigned and overall functioning of the Government and Departments of the Government affected due to pandemic of COVID-19, I am of the view that, the request for extension of time deserves to be allowed. Accordingly,

4564.20CA+.odt Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B on condition to deposit the amount within one week.

3] On deposit of amount, the interim order granting stay to the execution passed vide order dated 20th September, 2019 stands revived and stay to remain in operation till disposal of the Appeal.

4] Civil Application is disposed of in above terms.
