PER COURT :- Since the applicant expressed inability to furnish solvent surety, while considering Civil Application No. 2008/2009, this Court issued directions to invest the said amount in the fixed deposit in nationalized bank until disposal of appeal. The applicant, now contends that, he is in a position to furnish solvent surety to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. In this view of the matter, the order passed by this Court in CA No.10229/07 decided on 3.3.2008 is restored and the order dated 13.2.2009 in CA No.2008/09 stands superseded.

Civil application is disposed of.
