Leave to correct description of Respondent No.4. Instead of "Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ambejogai", it should be corrected as "Sub Divisional Officer, Parli". Corrections be made forthwith. 2) Heard. These petitions can be disposed of by directing Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to take decision in the application/s tendered by the petitioner/s, claiming re-termination of compensation payable to them under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed.

3) On re-determination of amount of compensation, the amount shall be paid to the petitioner/s, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of such determination. 4) With directions, as above, the writ petitions are disposed of.
