Order :-

1. Mr. Gujar, learned counsel for petitioner states that from the year 2005 on wards rent has not been paid by the respondent - Municipal Council. Respondent - Municipal Council has acquired the property of the petitioner on rent for running the school. Time to time representations were made. Even Deputy Director of Education, Nashik Division has informed respondent No. 3 to pay amount of rent due from May 2005 to March 2013 from the funds of Municipal Council. Respondent-Municipal Council has not paid said amount. 2.

It is submitted that on 1st March, 2016 Director of Education (Primary) has issued letter to Deputy Secretary(Primary) School and Sports Department stating that amount of Rs.7,60,950/-(Rupees Seven Lakhs Sixty Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty) to be sanctioned and

2 WP-9220.15 made available. Said proposal is sent to the State for approval and sanction.

In light of the above, if steps are being taken for payment of rent, we are not passing any further order in the matter. Respondent - authority concerned may process said proposal at the earliest. 4.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
