Mr. Chate, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that, the Committee is constituted to enquire into the complaint made by the petitioner under letter dated 08th March, 2019 and the Committee is directed to give the report within a period of seven (07) days and further steps would be taken in the light of the enquiry report.
