Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP for the State and learned counsel for respondent No.2.

The petitioner is claiming reinstatement pursuant to the resolution passed by the Standing Committee of the General Body of the Municipal Corporation. The said resolution is assailed before the State Government. This Court, vide order dated 11st July, 2016, had directed the State Government to take decision upon the same. It is pointed out that the State Government has suspended the said resolution initially for the period of one month.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that petitioner has now made arrangement to appear before the State Government. 4.

Considering the above, it appears that no relief can be granted to the petitioner as the resolution on the basis of which the petitioner is claiming right is the subject before the State Government.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
