The learned Assistant Government Pleaders appear for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in respective writ petitions. Mr. Bhosale, the learned counsel appears for the respondent No. 3 in all matters.

The limited grievance made by petitioners is that, the petitioners had filed proceedings U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act (for "L. A. Act") in the year 2014 and 2015 as stated in the petitions. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the same is not decided.

The learned Assistant Government Pleaders submit that, if the said applications U/Sec. 28-A of the L. A. Act filed by petitioners are pending with the authorities, the authorities would decide the same on its own merits.

Considering the above, we pass following order.

The respondent authorities with whom petitioners have filed applications U/Sec. 28-A of the L. A. Act shall decide the said proceedings if pending before it expeditiously, in accordance with law and after hearing all the parties concern within a period of four (04) months from today. The writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
