Applicants apprehend arrest in connection with with C.R. No. 133 of 2023 registered with Gangapur Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 326, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Perusal of the investigation papers shows that during the pendency of the Applicants recovery of

936-ABA-553-2023.odt weapon has already been done. Informant had sustained simple injuries. The question of attracting Section 326 does not arise.

In view of the above, custodial interrogation of the Applicants is not necessary. Hence, both applications are allowed by confirming interim order dated 18th April, 2023.
