The learned advocate for the appellant had filed Civil Application (Stamp) No.21798/2021 to bring on record legal heirs of the sole appellant. The office had raised objections in the said Civil Application. The learned advocate for the appellant has failed to remove office objections. In turn, the registration of the above numbered Civil Application came to be refused. 2.

In turn, the office has listed the second appeal to pass the order of abatement. As the sole appellant has died on 01.06.2019 and his legal heirs are not brought on record within stipulated period, the second appeal deserves to be disposed of as abated. In turn, the following order.
