The applicants/appellants herein have been convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 326 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for three years each and to pay fine of Rs.2,000/- each, in default, to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one month each. They have further been convicted for the offence under Section 4 punishable under Section 25 of the Arms Act and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year each and to pay fine of Rs.1,000/- each, in default, to suffer rigorous imprisonment for fifteen days each.

Considering the quantum of sentence imposed and the fact that the appeal is not likely to come up for hearing in the near future, during pendency of the appeal, the substantive sentence of imprisonment to stand suspended. The applicants be released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount. 4.
The application stands disposed of.
