1. The learned counsel for applicant submitted that he had given information about the matter to learned counsel Shri. S.L. Kulkarni, representing Insurance Company. He submitted that the decision of this Court was not challenged by the Insurance Company and further, the decision has become final. The application is moved for giving directions to the Manager of State Bank of India to make the disbursement of the amount as per the decision given by the Commissioner.

2. In view of this circumstances, the application is allowed. The amount is to be disbursed as per the decision given by the Commissioner. Application is disposed of.
