Petition claiming identical relief being Writ Petition No. 8156/2013 has been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2013. In view of order passed by Division Bench of this Court during the earlier round of litigation, identical relief claimed by petitioner in the instant petition does not deserve to be granted in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Petition is devoid of substance hence stands rejected.
