Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the respondent/State.

Affidavit-in-reply of respondent No.4 Mrs. Jayshree Sonkawade working as Regional Deputy Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, has been produced along with the documents. The dates and events have been given on which action has been taken. However, it is to be noted that the action was supposed to be taken four weeks from the date of the order of this Court dated 01.11.2023. By additional affidavit the same authority is now tendering unconditional apology that though the order has been complied with, it is belated. The said apology is accepted. The fact remains is that now on 30.07.2024, the order appears to have been complied with. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would take appropriate legal recourse. 3.
