Mr. Nagargoje, learned counsel for petitioners submits that Reference under section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 ( for short " Act of 1894") has been filed in the year 2013, however, the same is not being considered by the authority concerned. 4.

We have heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.

In case Reference under section 28A of the Act of 1894 filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 2, then respondent No.2

2 WP-4770.16 shall take decision upon the same on its own merits in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of this order.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
