The non compliance of the order dated 12.02.2020 passed in WP No.2630/2020 is at issue. By the said order, 3 months time was granted to the Education Officer to consider the grievance of the petitioner on its merits after hearing the parties concerned. After we passed this order on 12.02.2020, there was a National Lockdown from midnight on 23.03.2020, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The then Education Officer Smt.Vandana was Incharge till 16.10.2020, which is during the lockdown. Respondent No.4 herein Mr.Vitthal Bhusare was the Incharge Education Officer. Presently, Smt Asha Garud is the khs/June 2022/76

- 2 - Regular Education Officer. These 2 Officers are present in the Court. 2.

The learned AGP submits on specific instructions that the directions issued by this Court in paragraph No.3 vide order dated 12.02.2020 would be implemented within 15 days and the grievance of the petitioner would be considered and an appropriate order would be passed.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the above statement be recorded and the petitioner is satisfied. 4.

In view of the above, by recording the statement made by the present Education Officer Smt.Garud, we grant time till 20.07.2022 to enable her to comply with the directions set out in paragraph No.3 of the order. We make it clear that she would be at liberty to consider the said grievance on it's own merits.
