Mr. Rudrawar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Institution has submitted the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher. The appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak was already approved by the Education Officer.

We have heard learned Additional Government Pleader also.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher (Page No.31) is pending with the Education Officer, the Education Officer shall take the decision on the said proposal on its own merits, in accordance with law and expeditiously, preferably within four (04) months from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
