SEPTEMBER 18, 2025 ORDER :- Learned counsel for the applicants submits that vide order dated 02.02.2024 in Civil Application 12437 of 2023 with connected matters, this court has permitted the applicants to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited with proportionate interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) that they will deposit back the amount, if the impugned awards are reversed. He submits that the land acquisition proceedings and land acquisition award, which are impugned in the cited matters, are the same land acquisition proceedings and land acquisition awards,

60-sr1015 which are impugned in the present appeals. He would further submit that the objections raised in the cited matters are same in the present matters too. Hence, He seek similar orders in the present application.

Mr.Koralkar, learned counsel for respondent no.3 - acquiring body concedes this factual position. 3.

In view of the above, I pass the following order:- (I) The applications are partly allowed.

(ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited with proportionate interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court that they will deposit the amount if the impugned awards are reversed.
