The learned Counsel for the appellant / applicant - Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon submits that, he would deposit the entire amount of compensation alongwith the interest within a period of two weeks.

There is only delay of 8 days and therefore, subject to submission of the learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon the delay of 8 days in filing appeal stands condoned Pooja K.
