Petitioner is praying for directions to respondents to consider the representation tendered by him on 20.03.2015 and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. In the representation tendered by petitioner, he has made grievance in respect of allotment of shop to one Sandip Gulabrao Patil who, according to petitioner, is not eligible. So far as the claim of petitioner for allotment of shop is concerned, we do not find any merit in the submission made by petitioner and, his request for allotment of shop need not be considered by the Municipal Council. However, grievance raised in respect of irregular allotment in favour of the person named in the representation may be considered by the Municipal Council and appropriate decision may be taken. With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
