Heard both the sides.

This is an application for restoration of the writ petition dismissed in default for non removal of the office objections with a prayer to condone the delay of 202 days in seeking restoration.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored subject to the conditions that the petitioner deposits Rs. 2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in this Court by way of costs within two weeks and also removes the office objections by then.
