Heard learned AGP for the applicant State of Maharashtra. Record shows that respondent No.1 is no more. An opportunity was granted to the concerned applicant to take steps for bringing LRS of deceased respondent No.1. The matter is pending since 2013 for taking steps by the appellant State of Maharashtra but the AGP did not take any care for taking steps against the respondent No.1. In view of the lackadaisical attitude on the part of the applicant State and the fact that the matter is already abated against respondent No.2, the present application for condonation of delay stands rejected.
