Petitioners claim that for redressal of the grievance raised in the instant petition, they have already tendered a representation to the Education Officer on 05.12.2016. The Education Officer is expected to tender it to the Deputy Director of Education for recording appropriate decision. It would also be open for the petitioners to tender a separate representation for redressal of grievance to the Deputy Director of Education within a period of four weeks from today. Representation to the Education Officer tendered on 05.12.2016 shall be transmitted to the Deputy Director of Education together with the comments of the Education Officer within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of representation tendered by petitioner as well as forwarded by the

With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
