The petitioners are claiming to be reimbursed in light of Section 12 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009. 3.

Issue notice. Learned advocate Mr. Bangar waives service for respondent no.1. Learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent nos.2 to 4. Learned advocate Mr. Suryawanshi waives service for respondent no.5. 4.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to undertake scrutiny of each of petitioners' proposals independently on their own merits and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four (04) weeks from today and if they are found entitled to get reimbursement, shall disburse the money to them within a period of four weeks thereafter.
