These are the applications for stay moved by the acquiring body. This Court was pleased to grant interim stay on certain conditions. Heard Mrs. Sunita Shelke, learned counsel for the acquiring body and Mr. Tarde, learned counsel for the respective applicants/ claimants.

It is revealed during course of argument that the acquiring body has complied with the interim stay order by depositing the entire decretal amount. As such, interim stay applications need to be allowed. Hence, the following order is passed:
