Learned counsel Mr. D. J. Choudhari, appearing for respondents No.6 to 8, has placed on record pursis signed by the respondent No.6 Secretary, Marathwada Shikshak Prasarak Mandal, Aurangabad, dated 18-09-2017, recording therein that, the management had resolved to withdraw the order of transfer of petitioner dated 29-09-2015, as it suffers from technical defects and seeks liberty to issue fresh order of transfer, in accordance with provisions of law.

The pursis is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3.

In view of the pursis, presented on record, the respondent No.6 is granted liberty to withdraw the order of transfer, with a liberty to pass appropriate orders in observance of provisions of law. 4.
