Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant and learned counsel appearing for Respondents. Perused the contents of the Application. There is assurance by the Applicant that inquiry will be completed within two months from today.

Keeping in view the contents of the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause B). It is needless to observe that the order dated 3rd April, 2018 passed in Contempt Petition No.476 of 2016 stands recalled and the Applicant need not remain present on 2nd May, 2018. Civil Application stands disposed of, accordingly.
