In all these petitions, the petitioners are awaiting decision of the respective Education Officer/Deputy Directors of Education on a proposal forwarded by the respective management for grant of approval to their transfers effected under Rule 41 and 41A of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981. 3.

Issue notices.

The learned A.G.P. waives service for all the respondents except the Management.

The writ petitions are disposed of directing the respective respondents-Education Officer (Secondary)/the Deputy Directors of Education, to decide the proposals, with whom the proposals of these petitioners are pending for grant of approval, on its own merits, as
