2] While learned counsel for the respondents/land owners submits that the direction issued by this Court to deposit the amount, is not followed, learned AGP for the applicants submits that he has no instructions for the same.
3] In the circumstances, interim stay to the execution of the impugned awards, granted earlier, is hereby made absolute on the condition that the applicants shall deposit entire amount under the award with up-to-date interest in this Court within ten weeks. The applications are allowed and disposed of accordingly.
4] In case of failure to deposit the amount within the prescribed period, the applications shall stand dismissed and the stay shall stand vacated, automatically.
