Present petition is filed for issuing direction to the respondent No.3 to decide the proposals dated submitted by respondent No.4 regrading sanction for the transfer of the petitioner from unaided division to fully aided division.

Learned AGP after waiving notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and upon taking instructions from respondent No.3 submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of three weeks. 4.

In view of said statement, petition stands disposed of with directions to respondent No.3 to decide the said proposals within a period of three weeks from today, in accordance with law, as it stands on the date of impugned order of transfer.
