The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a revision before the Hon'ble Minister in view of the Supreme Court Judgment in the case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs State of Maharashtra and Others, reported in (2016) 2 SCC 213.

In view of the above, permission granted. The Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. If such revision is preferred within two weeks, then, the Hon'ble Minister may consider the time spent in pursuing the present Writ Petition if the question of limitation arises while entertaining the revision.
