Legal representatives of the petitioner have filed this civil application for substituting them in place of deceased petitioner sole. It appears that the civil application is filed within limitation. The petitioner sole died on 26.3.2018. In view of above and for the reasons stated in the civil application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.

In so far as civil application No. 5814 of 2018 is concerned, issue notice to proposed legal heirs of deceased respondent No.6, returnable on 22.6.2018.
