At the request of Mr.Irpatgire, learned counsel for petitioner, leave to amend the clause title with regard to the petitioner is granted.

2] The learned counsel submits that the Recovery Officer of the petitioner bank has moved the District Magistrate in July 2018 under Rule 107(11)(d-1)(vi) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1961. However, no steps are taken by the respondent no.3. 3] The learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents and submits that in case the application of the petitioner is complete in all respects, then respondent no.3 would take steps expeditiously. 4] In case the petitioner has moved the District Magistrate (Collector) Latur under Rule 107(11)(d-1)(vi) then the respondent no.3, District Magistrate shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law and rules expeditiously as is submitted. 5] Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
