The learned counsel for the appellant has already submitted copy of order below Exhibit No.1 dated 04.09.2023 in Regular Civil Suit No. 19 of 2007 mentioning that the said suit has been dismissed against the plaintiff No.1, as withdrawn.

Further, the order below Exh. No.1 in Regular Civil Suit No. 19 of 2007 dated 25.10.2023 also indicates that the suit is dismissed against plaintiff No.2 also as withdrawn. 3.

As such, the present Appeal from Order against the

In view of the same, the present Appeal from Order stands disposed of along with pending Civil Application No. 7458 of 2022.
